Our company respects the privacy of the Client/User and processes their personal data in accordance with the laws in force. The data will not be processed for any purposes other than those specified herein, reserving the right to update or modify the Privacy Policy at any time, in particular, to adapt it to legislative changes

For what purposes are personal data collected from the User

The data collected in the forms on the website is intended solely for the processing of requests for information and contact from Clients/Users, namely data such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address and will not be used for any other processing. This information is not, under any circumstances, provided to third parties and is only intended to serve you better. This information will only be used following negotiations/contacts made with you.

Who has access to your personal data and who is the data controller

Our company does not disclose any personal data of its Customers and Users to third parties without their consent, except when required by law, being our responsibility to treat the personal data of the user.

Where is the User's data stored?

The data of our clients and users are automatically stored in a secure server located in Portugal and are stored in specific databases created for this purpose. These servers are protected and maintained in accordance with the highest security standards and in order to respect the applicable privacy laws. If you wish to be removed from our database, you may exercise this right by contacting us through the various means available on the site.

How long do we keep your personal data?

The period of time for which personal data are stored and retained varies according to the purpose for which the information is processed. Subject to legal requirements, data will be stored and retained only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or further processed, as defined by law.

What are the Client/User rights?

As owners of personal data, Customers/Users are guaranteed, at any time, the right to access, rectify, update, limit and delete their personal data (except when the data is indispensable for the provision of services and the fulfilment of legal obligations), the right to object to its use for commercial purposes and to withdraw consent, and the right to data portability.
